Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WellAura Tech Pvt Ltd ("WellAura", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. If you are using the platform through an employer, college, or school, your organization's agreement with us may also apply.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan. Minors may use B'Well only through school or family programs with the consent of a parent, guardian, or the sponsoring institution.

B'Well is a digital wellness platform that includes the Total Wellness Index® (TWI) assessment, personalized wellness reports, AI-guided coaching recommendations, progress tracking, and institutional wellness programs. The services are provided by WellAura Tech Pvt Ltd through our website (wellaura-tech.com) and related applications.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Where a change materially reduces a service you have paid for, we will inform you and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a pro-rata refund.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us promptly at hello@wellaura-tech.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One account per person; sharing accounts to avoid subscription fees is not permitted.

• Plans, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or by contacting us.
• Cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• Organizational (corporate, campus, or school) engagements are governed by the separate agreement signed between WellAura and the organization, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the platform or its content without written permission.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with platform operations, or circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Misrepresent your identity or the identity of any dependent or family member added to your plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

The platform, including the Total Wellness Index® (TWI) framework, B'Well branding, assessments, reports, software, and content, is owned by WellAura Tech Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services for personal or internal organizational wellness purposes — not to redistribute or create derivative products from our assessments or reports.

You retain ownership of the personal data and assessment responses you provide, subject to the licence needed to operate the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

B'Well is a wellness and self-management platform. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical or mental health condition, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of content or coaching suggestions on our platform.

If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself or someone else, seek immediate help — contact emergency services or India's Tele-MANAS mental health helpline at 14416 (toll-free, 24×7).

Where the platform refers or connects you to counsellors, psychologists, or partner organizations, those professionals operate independently. While we verify partner credentials, the professional services they render are subject to their own terms, and WellAura is not liable for the outcome of such third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellAura's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WellAura Tech Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a service (with notice and any applicable refund). Provisions that should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory statutory provisions, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
